Lou Forster - Director, Latin Source

Louise has been dancing salsa for eight years now and teaching for five. Louise has an BA honours degree in Visual Performance and is highly passionate about dancing. Louise also runs Salsa Sabrosa with Ian and Laura, works on a free-lance basis for Dance South West as Regional Youth Dance Coordinator and for the London School of Samba as Development Manager. Louise teaches at Oceana every Tuesday as well as teaching and performing at many other events.

Laura Pace - salsa dancer, teacher, events co-ordinator

Laura also runs Salsa Sabrosa with Ian and Lou and is passioante about dance and movement. Having studied and practiced contemporary dance and ballet for many years she started dancing salsa five years ago - and has developed a popular funky style. Laura has an honours degree in theatre and works for the Colston Hall promoting live music in Bristol. Laura also teaches at Oceana, Bristol every Tuesday.

Ian Craddock - salsa dancer, teacher, DJ and events co-ordinator

Ian runs his own salsa company: Bristol Salsa (see www.bristolsalsa.co.uk) and runs Salsa Sabrosa at Oceana with Lou and Laura. Best loved for his rueda (Cuban wheel group dance) classes and New York style partner classes. He also DJ's, keeping the dancefloor busy all night long!

Dennis Ehiobu - dancer and teacher

Dennis has been dancing salsa for six years - he's an inspiartional mover with rootsy African influence - always keeping it real and making learning fun.

Carlo Albano - salsa dancer, teacher and DJ

Carlo runs his own salsa company in Devon - visit www.salsazucar.co.uk for more information, and also teaches and performs with Latin Source. Carlo is from Milano, Italy and has taught Salsa for seven years. He is renowned for his ability to get people dancing in a very short period of time with his 'speed dance' method and for his desire to dance at every opportunity! Carlo also DJ's regularly for salsa and latin parties.

DJ Alister aka Felix El Gato - Salsa and Latin DJ

Alister is well known for his unsurpassed range of salsa, merengue, bachata and reggaeton. He's a DJ who loves to dance, so he knows what's going to make you want to move your booty. You may have seen him at Pontins salsa weekenders, at Oceana in Bristol or Taunton, or in Glastonbury, filling the floor with the latest in funky beats.

Orquesta Montpelier - Salsa band

Set up and orchestrated by Grim (see above) - this 17 piece salsa band extravaganza are renown for their mix of original and traditional latin ballads and high energy salsa tunes. The band includes Grim and Rory who both play percussion (see above) as well as Lou, Laura and Dennis who now dance with the band to give a full live show.
